Our Story

About us

At Breda University of Applied Sciences ingredients like hospitality and experiences (hospitality) are combined with professionalism, efficiency and planning (facility). This unique combination comes together in Sibelicious.

Sibelicious is the in-house training company of the Academy of Hotel and Facility Management. Together with your fellow students you will work in several outlets, such as catering, service desk, store room, restaurant, kitchen and Coffee Corner, to learn the basics in your first year. In your second year you will gain management experience by managing first-year students.

The Restaurant

Sibelicious

Restaurant Sibelicious is our fine-dining restaurant, seating about 30 people. The students in the restaurant serve both lunch and dinner. The menus, which change weekly, are a combination of taste, love and passion put in by our students.
In the restaurant you can combine your training, meeting or gathering with a lunch or dinner. It is also possible to book the whole restaurant for your event.

Our students serve you with pleasure and dedication, of course under the watchful eye of the instructors.

Lunch: Mon till Fri 12.00 – 14.00 (Walk-in until 12.45)
Dinner: Tues till Thurs 18.00 – 22.00 (Walk-in until 18.30)
